Not true. Humans were relevant throughout the entirety of Part 1, with Tenshinhan even being Goku's equal at one point. I don't see what the bias is about.

Ten was last relavent to base Goku at the 22nd Budokai.

Way back, I assumed it was a lot higher because I just didn't like the idea of Nail being a better assimilation than Kami. Maybe because merging with Kami was supposed to be such a big deal to Piccolo.

But when I read Krillin's quote on how Piccolo's huge improvements "would make the assimilation that much better", I just saw no reason to make it higher than 2x. Krillin's quote is pretty simple, but that alone just told me the boost didn't have to be as ridiculous as I once thought it was. So with that, Piccolo's increases throughout the yrs seemed to more of a reason for the huge spike in power than the assimilation alone.

Yeah, I always saw the Nail fusion having a bigger boost as well. The whole context of Nail's conversation seems to suggest Piccolo'd be more than a match for 1st form Freeza if he came back whole, but after he says Piccolo should merge with him instead he also makes note of how he's the planet's last fighter Namekian (suggesting that would increase the boost). That, and Piccolo surpassing second form Freeza afterwards.

Between wherever I have Gohan and Vegeta. He'd have to be farther from 1st form Freeza than Vegeta for sure considering Nail's "you gonna get killed without me" comment.

I have Kamiccolo(Freeza Saga) as slightly stronger than the arcosian, considering that Nail wasn't sure if he really could beat latter.
