I go with retcon theory regarding Vegeta's quote about if Gohan popped into a frenzy. I've been through the Buu saga multiple times, there's no theory without major plotholes.

Uhh I guess the theory that Gohan was an SSJ2 against Dabura and Buu's Ball and Fat Buu, and that he has two SSJ2 powers [SSJ2 standard and enraged SSJ2] and we never saw the second one.

But that brings up a whole can of worms as well. It's worse than retcon theory.

Yep. The same SSJ2 they saw at the World Tournament.

This doesn't make much sense to me. Vegeta's own quotes in the Babidi's spaceship would also disprove that he was talking about a SSJ2. He doubts his own superiority if Gohan were to get angry. If enranged Gohan = SSJ2 Gohan, then he woldn't doubt his own superiority because if he's stronger than SSJ Gohan undoubtedly, then he would be stronger than SSJ2 Gohan undoubtedly. So hos quotes should be referring to Gohan's power even beyond SSJ2.

That's why I call it a "retcon."

There's no reason for Kaioshin to be piss scared of guys the base Saiyans can crush if the power of SSJ2 Teen Gohan from the tournament is remembered.

And Vegeta's quotes in Babidi's ship also would have "enraged SSJ2 Kid Teen Gohan" not only stronger than SSJ2 Kid Gohan, but stronger than SSJ2 Majin Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku. Which definitely is a no for me.

No they don't conflict with the story. Vegeta/Goku and crew just forgot about SSJ2 Teen Gohan at the Budokai, everything is solved. It's been a rough day so they can forget things.

He already had seen Goku's SSJ2 vs Yakkon when he made that statment. So where does FP SSJ2 Goku stack when Vegeta finally sees it? Exactly where Vegeta expected him to be, Greater than kid Gohan. "Frenzied" Teen Gohan > SSJ2 Goku = Vegeta's expections of Goku > Kid Gohan. Looks like you better be converting to retcon theory bro. Nice to have you aboard. : )
