Isn't Shiki the only one who escaped Impel Down prior to Luffy?

As far as we know, but Kaido was captured by the marines many times.

Maybe not specifically in Impel Down, but it's possible that King with his connections allowed Kaido to escape from another prison specifically reserved for the Yonko.
