There's so many underlying problems with this post.

For starters, he would have pressed the button to deactivate Eighteen. Sixteen does not allow him to destroy her, though, and Cell eventually finds them. He absorbs the deactivated Eighteen and Cell Games continue as we know. After the end of Cell Games, Seventeen is revived along with Cell's victims. If Krillin ends up with Seventeen instead of Eighteen, I don't think that affects anything, unless Seventeen trains less because of not becoming a park ranger, so Jiren wins the tournament and makes his whatever selfish wish, so Zeno erases all universes.
