Eh tough to know... Kuririn could destroy the Earth at his peak, so in terms of power there'd be no one in OP he wouldn't insta KO.

One Piece has Kizaru moving at light speed tho... I dunno how Rayleigh could fight him... And Luffy later on, for that matter. Ofc, the top 3 OP strongest characters would need to be able to fight and defeat Kizaru, which means reacting to light speed...
