What's your read on him? Good or evil? He's given us enough reason to think he has morals, but we know Shanks had to put him down and restrict him for some reason. So maybe when he uses his power he loses his mind or something?

I've been thinking that too. But a lot of his actions still seem intentional, like wanting to destroy the world (maybe in a good way but idk), and Shanks having to capture him. Even in the worst case scenario I don't think he's evil.
