Even-though that is a fair point, but if we take new villains always are above old villains, then couldn't young Lord Slug be > Tullece (post-Fruit) who defeated Kaio-Ken x10 Goku easily?

Slug curbstomps this, maybe even Second Form as well. Goku at 90,000 didn't even try to use the Kaioken, which can amp him up to 900,000 with the times 10.

I believe Lord Slug wins handily. He is stronger than 2nd Form Frieza imo
