M7 SSJ Vegeta/Android 15 gap

Their hand to hand fight was about even, but Vegeta won fast. That seemed a charged physical attack (like the one the SSJs defeated Cooler
with at Movie 6). On the other hand, if i place 15 close to Vegeta, that also places it close to 13, which does not feel right, since 13 was the
leader.

He made Vegeta drop out of SSJ. They are at their league in my opinion

Not even sure if I get the logic behind dropping out of SSJ in the movies. Goku can maintain Super Saiyan for like half the movie while getting his ass whooped by Broly, and is even a SSJ at the end, but Gohan drops back to base and collapses from defeating Bojack with ease?
