I assume the Majin boost gave Vegeta exactly a 1.25x boost... Which would make SSJ2 CGs Majin Goku as strong as SPC... If Goku can keep a good stamina usage and not burn it quickly (Cell unlocked something seemingly SSJ2 alike too, so perhaps he has stamina issues as well) Goku would win after a rough battle. It'd be pretty difficult but when battle powers are equal, Goku is #1. Except against Kid Boo due to SSJ3 stamina draining but if he had the state mastered, even accounting Kid Boo's haxed regen, he would have won.

I can see Goku taking this. Boo Saga Gohan probably isn’t much stronger than CG Goku and he was SPC level with SSJ2.

Goku already revealed his ace move against suppressed PC so my money's on SPC due to his regen and more haxed abilities. It'll be a very close fight though.

I think Goku would be slightly stronger like Gohan was. Cell might win due to his superior abilities, however.
