Sorry for making FT and ToP long (It's not that long anyway)

BATTLE OF GODS

Same as the movie, except Gotenks should've used SSJ3 just to make the scaling clear. Not sure if Goku absorbs SSJG at the end, but if he does then it's just a portion like in the movie.

REVIVAL OF F

Fix idiotic mistakes like Freeza being revived with armor. He trains in the Demon Realm (his empire long ago found a planet with a portal to it) with Shisami as his punching bag. Time flows differently there, so he spent 4 years instead of 4 months. Because of this Golden Freeza will have Demon Ki, the evil version of God Ki.

Yamcha, 18 and the boys show up because there's no reason to exclude them. Ultimate Gohan and SSJ3 Gotenks could make Freeza transform, but ultimately they're no match to 4th form Freeza. Goku senses 4th form Freeza's Ki and teleports to Earth. Goku vs Freeza happens as in the movie, but in the end Sorbet provides distraction for Freeza to Death Beam Goku through the heart. Vegeta saves the day.

UNIVERSE 6 SAGA

I'd only have minor changes here. Frost should genuinely be a good guy who wants to wish for universal peace or something, and maybe Cabba should be more muscular because come on.

Goku vs Hit goes like the anime, except Goku uses SSJG and then SSJB instead of SSJB and then KKx10.

FUTURE TRUNKS SAGA

Future Bulma's death should be shown, fuck Toyotaro for skipping that. Goku and Trunks sparring goes just like the manga with FPSSJ2 and all. It retroactively explains Rageta and foreshadows SSJ Fury. Kaioshin will investigate Zamasu while the Saiyans go to the future.

SSJB Vegeta stomps SSJ Black (No SSJ2 Vegeta bs), but Future Zamasu heals him. With his Zenkai he goes straight to Rosé and dominates Vegeta. Goku and Trunks take the fight as in the anime. Goku raging on Black for killing Chi-Chi and Goten is a essential scene here. Goku is spent after that, and Trunks distracts Black so Yajirobe can take the Saiyans away.

Goku and Vegeta train in the past. Trunks will get SSJ Fury to survive so long against Black. I don't care about explaining forms (DBZ rarely explains them anyway), but something could be said Trunks "trying to ascend to godhood" and how he's getting a grasp on god Ki from hanging out with 4 gods. Kaioshin and Gowasu intervene, there's very little they can do besides Gowasu trying to talk to Black, but they feel like they should take responsibility for this. I also like to see Trunks and Kaioshin interacting, Future Shin was his master after all.

The Saiyans return and kick Black and Zamasu's asses. It's very clear Vegeta is plain stronger than Goku now. Fearing defeat the Zamasus fuse. The Saiyans hold their own (Like in the anime before Zamasu went purple) and Goku limit-breaks his way to be Vegeta's equal again (He won't train pre-ToP so gotta close the gap now). Seeing it's useless they fuse. Vegetto goes straight to Blue so his base power is unknown, but he still beats Zamasu so hard he by-passes his infinite stamina and weakens him. Vegetto defuses and Trunks delas the final blow.

Spirit Sword scene should be mere symbolism. Trunks thinks of the few people he's defending and how they're his responsibility, gathering enough power to erase Zamasu. Sadly Infinite Zamasu still exists (Probably merges with the universe, it's more threatening even if it makes less sense) and Goku has to call Zeno. This scene is very importante because is shows Zeno is just as terrifying as Beerus says. Also Goku promised to bring Present Zeno a friend.

In the end, Trunks and Mai stay in the present.

TOURNAMENT OF POWER

I won't go into a lot of detail here. The FT Saga was already too big and this has like 80 characters, so I'll focus on a few plot points.

Team: Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Fit Boo, Gohan, Trunks, Trunkten, Kuririn, 18... and Freeza. Kuririn is here because he always shows up no matter how useless he is, so it just happens that 17 was unreachable. Gohan finds out Ultimate gave him a small hint of God Ki, and he exploits it to reach SSJB level.

Freeza still makes a deal with Frost only to betray him. Kuririn is first to lose, followed by Gotenks (Idk how, but I think he should beat some goofy characters like Katopesla or some Pride Troopers first. Maybe he tries to go straight to Jiren later and gets finger clicked?). Fit Boo should fight hax characters from U4, but idk how he loses or whether he'd be a team player or solo player. 18 vs Ribrianne goes like in the manga, but with some more action. Gohan, Trunks and Piccolo to plow through other's teamwork. Goku and Vegeta compete to see who has more wins.

Freeza fights Caulifla and then Kale like in the manga, but this fight replaces Goku's first fight against the girls from the anime.

Goku vs Jiren, Hit vs Jiren and Goku vs girls happens more or less like the anime. Only difference is there's no Kaio-Ken (and that probably means Base Kefla >>> SSJG Goku doesn't happen either, since SSJ Kefla = SSJB Goku here). Here we find out the gap between SSJB and GoDs is pretty much a SSJ-SSJ2 gap (Thanks to Kefla going from SSJB to UIO level), so Jiren really wasn't THAT Strong like Super Hero says.

Goku is totally spent after beating Kefla, and has to sit out for a while. Vegeta fights Jiren and holds his own by aping UIO principles, while Gohan and Trunks fight Toppo and Freeza fights Dyspo. You know the drill, just replace 17 with Trunks. GoD Toppo still happens and KO's Freeza, leaving his body on the arena. Goku gets back and fights alongside Vegeta for the first time. I really like how the anime handled this: Goku and Vegeta's lack of sync makes Jiren confused, but here their chance of winning is real.

There's this scene I really like when Jiren and Toppo share a glance and then Toppo steals Vegeta from the fight. Here this glance will be Toppo's cue to torture Trunks, making Vegeta lose his shit and take on Toppo. This is a game changer because G&V could've won if they stayed together. Vegeta is getting his ass kicked, but he blasts Toppo away with Final Atonement after thinking of the stakes. Goku, Vegeta and Trunks take on Jiren, but Vegeta is too tired and is easily defeated. Despite being SSJB level, Trunks can't work with Vegeta like Goku did, and resorts to self destruction. This pushes Goku to UI.

Goku vs Jiren will go like the manga. I really like how Jiren genuinely defeated Goku. I think some of the "My master died and I never trusted anyone" characterization should be here, but that's a detail I won't get into. Just know the "my parents died" and that rage boost are BS. Jiren pushes Goku away, but he's saved by... Freeza? Goku and Freeza take on the fatigued Jiren, ending with Freeza taking out them all. Trunks reveals he's been hiding all along (He may or may not have discussed this with Freeza) and wishes for all universes back, including his own timeline. He and Mai go back and live happily ever after.

BROLY

No changes here. Maybe Gogeta goes Blue right off the bat so he won't be tens of thousands of times stronger than Beerus.

MORO

Just shave off the useless stuff and tighten it so the Namek phase won't last a year. Make it clear Dai was never a match to Moro outside of Kai Kai Matoru (Which is magic) and can only fight because he's merged with Mr Boo and got a power up.

There's no full scale invasion of Earth. Just the core members (73, Panda and lil freaky) show up. No 17 here since it would just be a pointless cameo, so 18 beats 73 alone. Moro and Saganbo arrive (Or maybe they came with 73 and co.?), Goku arrives, fights Moro, Vegeta arrives with Spirit Fission... You know the drill. Just take out stupid shit like Vegeta > Goku, Vegeta never underestimating is oponente and Vegeta hesitating to kill Moro.

Everything goes on as usual (Senzu included), except Beerus is clearly nervous about taking Moro. He's been surpassed.

GRANOLAH

Granolah's been hunting the Super Dragon Balls for years. I think the real story avoided the Super DBs because he'd be too strong (and they have a cooldown), but here it's alright since UI>Beerus and there'll be no wish for Gas. Just have the saga end after Monaito clears it up, nothing happens later anyway. Granolah kills the Heeters, borrows Earth's DBs to wish his lifespan back and they leave happily ever after.

Epilogue: Black Freeza shows up on Earth one day just to bully Goku and Vegeta with his new form.

SUPER HERO

Piccolo wishes for a dirty mag to give to Old Kaioshin. That would be a funny scene, specially with Bulma right there. Piccolo's latent God Ki (He used to be Kami, after all) is the seed for his Orange form.

Maybe Gohan should look better and his fight with Cell should be more consistent (First he tanks him, then he almost loses a beam struggle?).

The epilogue is perfect.

BLACK FREEZA SAGA

Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Broly, Piccolo and Granolah jump Freeza and he dies.

You make a few good plot ideas, but I would keep Sorbet's ray gun hurting Super Saiyan Blue Goku across all continuities because fans need to get over it and I drink your tears.

I would make parity between transformations and abilities. Super Saiyan Blue would have its unmastered and perfected forms but this would be to bring it from 10x to 50x SSJG while improving efficiency.

Vegeta would learn perfected Super Saiyan Blue first in the Zamasu saga because he needs a win for once. In the anime you can already see he has a pointed Super Saiyan Blue aura after the time chamber training unlike the cloudy aura from before.

Kaio-Ken blue would take the anime's visual design of red-over-blue auras in all mediums. Toyotaro making it blue was stupid as it obfuscates when he's using Kaio-Ken Blue in the manga.

Goku Black would have mortal ki and yellow Super Saiyan against Trunks initially and against the group later. He would have his more muscular manga appearance this way. After his first beat down, he recovers the use of god ki which gives him his slim anime appearance as it is his version of Super Saiyan God. His black god energy keeps his hair and eyes black. The first major battle where Goku Black and Zamasu pressure Goku, Trunks, and Vegeta is this "godly base" Black.

Black doesn't get Super Saiyan Rosé until the next major battle after the protagonists flee. Perfected Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta pressures Black into evolving further which unlocks Super Saiyan Rosé which turns the tables.

Goku one-ups Vegeta with Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken x20 while hurting his own body in the process. This along with Zamasu nearly being sealed with the Mafuba prompts them to fuse.

Black being transformed while permanently fused is addressed as limiting Merged Zamasu's endurance. The mortal + immortal mixture is further addressed with corrupted or monster Zamasu's cells rejecting the mortal essence but can't separate the contamination.

Spirit Sword splitting Merged Zamasu is possible because the corrupted fusion is weakened from trying to regenerate so much damage, but the regeneration is not perfect due to the introduction of mortal cells.

Trunks and Mai are introduced to the Supreme Kai of Time to live with her as time Patrol officers.

For the tournament of Power, keep Buu in the tournament but have Jiren eliminate him like he did to the blue Jelly guy to show the severity of the new enemies.

For the Moro saga, definitively show Buu as a vehicle for Dai Kaioshin's return, using Buu's body to wield more power than he ever had in life. The "godly power" or Shinriki of Dai Kaioshin is more clearly defined as something different than god ki like magic.

Have the Z-Fighters naturally channels their energy to Goku without Vegeta's help like in DBZ movie 8. The Shinriki stored in Uub is used to perturb Moro rather than power up Goku.

@Dagon I think Sorbet being a mere distraction makes more sense. This is payoff for Whis saying Goku always lowers his guard, but being taken off guard by a character who’s usually not even a threat is hardly his fault. But if Goku takes his eyes from Freeza, that’s another story.

I like the idea of SSJB having drawbacks, the way Goku unlocked it was meh. Also you say Vegeta gets PSSJB first so he can get a win, but then you have Goku defeat Black?

How would Jiren beating Boo be a big deal if Boo is below SSJB in the Moro Saga?

Shinriki was definitely a missed opportunity. I’m not sure if it’s another way of saying God Ki or a separate thing.
