So how strong actually is Champa? In the past it seemed like he was close to being Beerus’ equal but that gap had widened by the ToP.

Champa seemed to be exerting more effort than Beerus. He had a vein bulging in his forehead and gritted teeth while Beerus was smiling. Beerus was dodging Champa's attacks the whole time and was only surprised once (by a kick he still dodged). This was also "a long time ago" so it's possible Champa's slacking left him with less strength than that point in time where they were closer in power.

Also crazy how they destroyed 5 planets with ease (1 with ki, 4 with just physical attacks, as seen when Champa punched a planet and the next panel showed it exploding). I don't think that's a feat that's been matched yet.

I am of the idea that Beerus in the Past was slightly superior to Champa (That is the power that Shin refers to when comparing him to Vegetto SSJB Manga).

Beerus in the Present is tremendously stronger than Champa. While Beerus was escaping from Mosco's arms, he managed to dodge Quitela, Rumoosh and Champa and somehow grabbed Champa and threw him into the air.

Which still makes you wonder how he took so much damage, but I suppose taking an attack from Rumoosh while he was paralyzed might be able to do it.

It seems that the 4 strongest, indeed are Beerus, Quitela, Rumoosh and Mosco.

I also think that Beerus took a lot of hits from Rumoosh, while Beerus was paralyzed. Quitela surely took blows from other Hakaishins like Mosco, Iwan, Geen and Arak.

Everything is very speculative, however, the Manga currently shows us the tremendous gap that exists between Beerus over Vermoud.
