How does Merus compare to the top 4 gods?

He wanted to go full power when sparring with UIO Goku. He’s definitely weaker than the top 4 (Beerus, Quitela, Rumoosh and either Mosco or Champa).

That’s very likely too since Goku is a hazard to the entire universe. Man wanted to give Moro a second chance:alex2

I have:

Beerus > Quitela > Rumoosh >= Granolah (Power Up) > MI Vegeta > Mosco > Merus = UI Goku (Current) > UI Goku (Arc Moro) >>> Broly LSSJ >= UI Goku (ToP) = Champa >= Jiren (Beyond Limits) > Geen = Liquir = Arak = Heles = Iwan > Jiren (FP) > Belmod > Sidra.

I'm not sure if Goku and Vegeta are this close to Beerus already. The series will keep going after the Granolah Saga and it doesn't seem like they're reaching Beerus' level anytime soon.

Beerus > Granolah > UE Vegeta > UI Goku (Current) > UI Goku (Moro) >>> Moro (7-3 absorbed) > LSSJ Broly > Jiren (Beyond limits) > Jiren (Full power) > Belmond is all I know for sure. Belmond seems to be the weakest god so I'm not sure if they surpassed anyone other than Belmond.

As for the Hakaishins I think that
Beerus ~ Quitela > Rumoosh > Mosco >> Gin > Iwan > Champa > Liquiir = Heles > Sidra > Belmond. After the top 4 it all gets really confusing. Gin seems to handle Rumoosh's scream better than Champa and Iwan is shown standing till the end. Sidra is hardly injured from Belmond kicking him off guard, something that can knock out even rivals (Goku vs Majin Vegeta).

I like your idea, the only problem is that if it were like that, Liquir would defeat Belmod in one hit.

I don't think blocking is that impressive of a feat. Piccolo could block a Super Kamehameha from Goku.

There's the issue of Rumoosh not knocking anyone out in his rampage despite getting all the gods defenseless, so I'm not really sure how strong you gotta be to knock someone out.

You may be right then.

It is the only way to have Beerus multiple times more powerful than Belmod.

Perhaps there are Hakaishins of the lower, middle and upper classes. UI Goku (Arc Moro) should be on the level of a middle-class Hakaishin.

I think the tiers might be divided like this:

High Tier Hakaishin
Beerus
Quitela
Mosco
Rumoosh

Middle Tier Hakaishin
Iwan
Gin
Champa
Sidra

Low Tier Hakaishin
Liquiir
Helles
Arak
Belmond

Beerus and Quitela are the top 2 and Rumoosh and Mosco follow, though I’m not sure who’s stronger between the later two. Mosco has more raw power, but Rumoosh has his scream.

Iwan was the third last god standing despite having been hit by Belmond and Rumoosh. Gin handled Rumoosh’s paralysis better than Champa. Sidra has the fastest shielding technique and saved himself, Gin, Arak, Belmond and a dazed Champa from Beerus’ blast. He’s weaker tham Gin and Champa via feat however.

Finally, there’s the bottom 4. Liquiir blocked a point blank arrow from Helles, but didn’t damage Belmond much if at all. Arak is quite featless, but I think Belmond is implies to be the weakest god.

I think Belmod is said to be the youngest of the gods, so it may make sense he'd have the least amount of power and be the least experienced in the "godly ways," as it were.

It's obvious there wasn't a long-term plan when the god battle royale was drawn up because they were all shown to be fairly close to one another, with nobody bodying anybody outright like you'd expect with a multi-tier gap, but the statements and feats we've gotten in the Moro arc make it basically impossible not to have someone like Beerus (and by extension, Quitela) many times greater than a weaker god like Belmod. It's just unavoidable unless you pull the scam with DB Part I numbers and nerf "several times" to be a phrase rather than taken literally, because there's no way Beerus would make Goku shit his pants with a tiny amount of power, yet Goku could tank 7-3 Moro who was stated to be stronger than Broly and Jiren, the latter of whom was confirmed stronger than Belmod.

They could always retcon Belmod to have a destruction mode or whatever that Toppo and/or Jiren didn't know about, since Vegeta and Goku were unaware of such a thing until recently, but I don't think we'll get more involvement from Universe 11 to warrant that.
