Moro arc Power Chain (To be continued)

I am trying to figure out what numbers exactly to put everyone at after reading the chapters. I figure I would start with a power chain and start off with the low tier characters and work my way up.

Does this look good so far?

Those levels all look fair to me.

I'd probably but Pseudo Roshi above Chaozu, but it doesn't really matter.

What happened to all of the thugs Moro enhanced inside of the ship on Namek? Were those the guys that Yamcha defeated?

He gave up so much magic that he turned a bit old again. I thought they'd be a lot more powerful, but Jaco and Merus did drop them with those laser guns.

I'd think all of the Galactic Brigade were weaker than 100% Freeza before Moro's power up, maybe even weaker than 1st form Freeza. He was pretty much the strongest in the universe before that, and none of those folks looked like anything special initially. It doesn't help they were literally arrested by the Galactic Patrol, who couldn't handle Freza's Army or even the Saiyans back then.

Why do you think the Namekian Savior is so weak? Going by the ToP all Namekians merging together would make quite the powerful warrior.

Are Shimorekka and Jaco really that weak? We saw Shimorekka ripping through several members of Pui Pui's race. I'd think they're at least as strong as old school Saiyans due to the similar gravity.

As far as the Galactic Brigade compare to each other, I think it goes like this:

Saganbo > Yuzun > Zauyogi > Bikkura Quitora > Merged girls > Yunba > > Individual girls > Shimorekka. Saganbo is SSJ3 Namek level, Yuzun is stronger than Base Goku and Vegeta on Namek (Could be stronger than other forms depending on how strong Vegeta has gotten), and the rest of these guys is probably weaker than 100% Namek Freeza.

The Namekians from the ToP was from U6 so we don't exactly know what the standard power of a Namekian is supposed to there but judging by how much more powerful Cabba and Caulifia are compared to the average Saiyans of U7 and that they aren't implied in another dimension compared to the rest of their races, I think U6 naturally has more talented fighters. Anyway, aside from.that I don't see a bunch of characters who are probably at a power level of 3,000 making a fusion in the billions. Freeza was the biggest threat the Namekians faced so there is no reason to make him so powerful.

Jaco is stated to be weaker than an adult Saiyan. Unless Jaco has been training all these years, he is in the 2,000s at most and Shim isn't much stronger.

Vegeta said that Base Saganbo was weaker than Goten and Trunks.

Is the Base Saganbo you have listed the one that floored Super Saiyan 3 Goku?

Or is that referring to Saganbo before Moro shared his power with the crew?

Isn’t Shimorekka one of Saganbo’s main men? He shouldn’t be that weak… his scuffle with Jaco kinda looks like he’s just bullying him.

Also, do you guys think Tenshinhan being surprised by Base Goku one-shoting Zauyogi is a implication of the Earthlings being relevant to the Base Saiyans prior to the two months? I want to put the Earthlings at a respectable level but I am not exactly sure where and something tells me they are still weaker than Z Freeza.

I can't really think of a reason to make them relevant to the Base Saiyans. When Goku and Vegeta no longer had any power to transform, Moro was still able to drain them to the point where he became younger a lot faster. I don't see any of the humans having that much power.

The last time Tien would've seen the Base Saiyans in action was during Goku/Vegeta's combo sequence against Jiren. Even though that was mostly thanks to teamwork and Jiren becoming a lot weaker, I can't really imagine the sequence playing out the same if you were to switch Goku/Vegeta's Battle Power with Tien/Krillin's.

I think Tien was just amazed that Goku is always able to show up and turn a tough opponent into pudding with ease.
