Moro (FP) was more powerful than UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits)?

He was watching the combat a bit, both seemed to be even, until Moro mocks Goku's power. Later Moro begins to beat up Goku, but in turn Goku was losing speed and effectiveness with the UI Sign.

Then UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) comments that he is not at his limit and surely manages to match his maximum power of UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits). Moro manages to have a relatively comfortable advantage and Goku loses the UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) status.

So Moro (FP) was more powerful than UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits)? And if so, for how much? 1.125x?

1.1x sounds good. Goku catches up to Moro, but doesn’t deal significant damage and is taken down fairly easily. Could even be a bigger gap since UI boosts speed more than power, and all Goku did was show speed to keep up with Moro.

1.1x. Goku and Moro were shown to be pretty well equal in pure power. Look at the engagement where they locked hands with one another. Moro couldn't gain the upper hand there despite being stronger.

So it seems that Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) is stronger than UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) and the former was much inferior to Moro (FP). So it could be that UI Sign Goku's reflections (Beyond Limits) could catch up with Moro (FP) a bit, but it's not the case for raw power.

A 1.44x difference from Moro (FP) over UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) seems to be more or less the case.

He kind of has to, because he's clearly exerting his full effort against Goku. Either that, or Goku's statement about having to surpass Vegeta can't be taken so literally.

Right after that Moro says he overestimated Goku and stomps him. Could be a stamina issue, but even beyond limits Goku doesn’t do this good against Moro.

I think Moro just got into serious fighting when he humiliated UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) and Vegeta SSJBE, although Vegeta SSJBE ended up defeating him thanks to the Fission technique.
