So in the manga continuity, Metamoran Fusion heals injuries, given Gogeta didn't need a senzu for Goku and Vegeta's injuries to be fresh, while Potara does not. In the anime, both methods seem to heal injuries.

Vados did not know that Jiren was Suppressed, whereas he already knew the powers of the PSSJB and the power of Hit.

Jiren was suppressed when he defeated everyone. His power was only stated to change when he powered-up to fight UI Sign Goku round 2. Prior to that, he handled everyone without needing to do any power-ups.

If he could defeat Evolved Blue Vegeta without needing to power-up, then we know he'd defeat both Gohan and Kefla at an even faster rate.

She seemed pretty arrogant at the start, so you'd think she'd mention if she wasn't even close to putting out her best.

The surge in power is probably why she ignored it.

Kefla did say "So much power", which would make sense if someone like Caulifla is the dominant personality. An unconscious Kale would've still had far more power than she did.

We see Zamasu go from smacking Goku and Vegeta around to stating an hr should be enough to defeat Base Vegito. Kefla at the very least would've been far above whatever level unconscious Kale was at.

Then Goku and Vegeta strengthened tremendously in their fight against Broly, to the level of surpassing in their PSSJB form the extraordinary power of Ultimate Gohan.

we haven't seen their fight in the manga the movie just gave us a different way of it but the anime will probably follow the manga timeline

After Moro says Goku isn’t as strong as he expected we cut away from their fight, and when we come back Moro is stomping Goku. Gohan mentions Goku’s stamina, but I think it’s possible Moro made another power up when we weren’t looking since he also stomps on BL Goku.
