Autism probably doesn't exist as a concept in One Piece. It's also hard to tell because their society is set up so differently, so maybe a lot of autism doesn't show up. But who seems most autistic?

Luffy has to be, c'mon.

That guy with the play in playing cards (Hawkins)and Bartolomeo. Scratchman Apoo is autistic, surely. He even wears headphones.
