Does he have to be 100k? 10k could be his enraged power, but, as we saw at Saiyans Saga, the Oozaru multiplies his non enraged power,
because it was stated that FP Vegeta>Oozaru Gohan.

Was Gohan enraged when his battle power was read? Also, if Great Ape didn't take into account rage power, then the Gohan that nearly killed Piccolo would be a 10.

When is the line about 10.000? Was it stated during Gohan's fight with the twins? If it was, then it could be his enraged power.

Gohan didn't reach 710 until he was upset. His base power was 1.

I assume Ozaru Gohan wasn't 13000 though, that power seems overly high considering how big a deal powers like 5000 and 8000 were later on
