Anyway, going from 30k to not far from 40k is logical in this saga too...

You kept saying "skyrocketing" couldn't mean anything past 40k simply because. Instead of that, you could've just said 120k Gohan >>> KKx2 Goku, which would definitely cap Goku's base power.

Goku also used the Kaioken against the henchmen to one shot them all, a feat which Tullece obviously didn't regard as impressive.

The only way to rationally explain it is that Goku used a higher level of Kaioken against Tullece. Tullece did say he his power level was skyrocketing (although that doesn't explain why he was sweating over a battle power of 30k, but whatever)

The whole scene with Oozaru Gohan make the power placement for Tullece confusing af. Tullece got hurt by Piccolo's uncharged Makkankosappo, was confident in taking down a 100k Oozaru Gohan, and looks scared at Goku's 30k power.

Fully charged Makankosappo: 18,000 x 3.25 = 58,500
Uncharged Makankosappo: 18,000 x 1.5? = 36,500

Tullece would probably have to be at least around 35,000 to block that shit with one hand. But this is Toei and they don't give a shit about ki amplification anyway.

We know Goku's base power has a ceiling if he is inferior to Oozaru Gohan when using the Kaio Ken, so there is your level for Tullece.

By my numbers, Tullece is under 45,000 based off all that.
