Kaio-Ken x2 Goku is slower than Oozaru Gohan, who's 100,000. I mean, Oozaru doesn't increase speed, but I guess it does in this movie. 90K is the number he should be, but it just doesn't work.

It's implied that the first Kaio-Ken was weaker than Normal Goku, later on. Turles is shocked when he sees Goku's power sky-rocketing, which he wasn't when he saw Kaio-Ken Goku against Gohan. He might have switched his scouter off.

As SHC said, it's implied that Base Goku (Vs. Tullece) >> Kaioken x2 Goku (Vs. Oozaru Gohan). Tullece is also stronger than Oozaru Gohan, yet was on the defensive for a while against Base Goku. In order to explain the first chain, I guess you could attribute it to a rage boost or something. Alternatively, you could go with Goku not going all out in power as to not hurt Gohan, or Gohan being fatigued after Tullece beat him up. The last one probably makes the most sense, since it seems illogical for Tullece to be superior to 100k, yet surprised at Goku's battle power initially being 30k during their fight.

When Raditz used the word "Skyrocketing", Goku's power increased some 2.2x. If we were to use the same power increase in M3, that would put Goku around 60,000, which is where I put him.

-Ignore the ''30k'' statement and place Goku/Tullece at 100k range.
-Consider both Goku/Tullece weaker than Ape Gohan. (all Tullece did was dodging the ape once, i think)

He was shown on two occasions to be superior to Oozaru Gohan. The first was when he shot a Ki blast at Goku and Gohan, with it being strong enough to cause Gohan to fall down pretty hard. The second time was when he prepared to kill Gohan with his Kill Driver, with Goku using the Kienzan to get Gohan out of the way supporting that Oozaru Gohan wouldn't have survived taking the attack head-on.

Considering the former Ki blast I mentioned, it's unlikely. Plus, Ki amplification wasn't a common technique amongst Freeza's soldiers, with the only ones with Ki control outside of transformations being Vegeta, Ginyu and debatably, Nappa.

I don't think Turles is above 100K I'm more than positive the Kill Driver is what would've killed Gohan rather than himself so it must have a huge amplifier. Turles is running from 30K and rising Goku sooo... I don't know where to put the two really so I just go with 30 - 40K for Goku to avoid headaches.

M3 Goku should not be that strong.. He is clearly below 40k

Aside from that blatantly ignoring what's explicitly stated, the 30k part is irrelevant, since it was 30k and skyrocketing. If you want to have Goku being far above 30k, there's little to say otherwise.

What? M4 Goku is his Ginyu self... The movie was based on that arc and was revealed before Goku was even healed from his fight with Ginyu

Skyrocketing but by how much? Why was not it stated how strong he was if he was much stronger than 30k

It makes no sense to mention the 30k mark if Goku is like 50k or above

Furthermore Kaioken Goku is weaker than Oozaru Gohan who is not even 100k because he was injured IMO.. Goku is between 30k and 40k
