You can't really, honestly, without a shadow of a doubt prove that Movie 4 Goku is from the Ginyu fight, either. You can obviously place them next to each other, because of where the series is, but that's all. There is no way to prove it.

But that would contradict the "movies = specific manga point" thing since M2 was Saiyan Saga.
