Movie 8 Goku could have killed SP Cell

The power level of the punch Goku used to defeat Broly in Movie 8 was pretty high, but how high? To figure this out we'd need to look at a similar canon version of this event, Piccolo's kick on Frieza.

Gohan and Krillin donated their Ki to Piccolo, allowing him to deliver a kick that dazed Frieza and knocked out of range. To do this his kick would have needed a close power level to Frieza's

Krillin = 15,000
Gohan = 15,000
Piccolo's = 1,500,000

Piccolo's Kick Power Level = 75,000,000

75,000,000 / 1,530,000

Kick multiplier = 49x

MSSJ Goku = 1,000,000,000
USSJ Trunks = 500,000,000
USSJ Vegeta = 500,000,000
Kamiccolo = 500,000,000
MSSJ Gohan = 1,000,000,000

Goku's Punch = 171,500,000,000

SP Cell's Power Level = 2,000,000,000

Broly tanked Kamehameha and 2 Maseko without even bothering to brace himself or anything. Cell braced himself for Vegeta attack and still got effect. An attack that beat Broly, who is > SPC in M8 (proven with actual feats and showings, unlike fan made assumptions on gaps or downplaying the Z fighters) would just one-shot Cell over and over and over.
