In Movie 9 Tenshinhan goes toe to toe with Base Trunks and even lasts a while against SSJ Trunks. What’s up with that? Tenshinhan even asked him to go all out. So is Tenshinhan Cell Games Base Saiyan level? Could Kuririn beat Base Trunks?

Alternatively, maybe Trunks was holding back initially and only went all out to end the fight?
