Not entirely sure how the powers sttack up exactly, but all things even I have Boo as the more competant fighter.

Janemba is stated to be the strongest power ever felt, so Janemba is at-least stronger than Majin Boo, I think.

Yup, Goku was able to tank hits, and was effortlessly destroying Fat Boo. He had to put some effort in to defeat Fat Janemba -even then, he had battle damage on him.

Fat Janemba also has some serious reality warping capabilities, multiplying capabilities and can even transport Fat Boo into his own Candy Beam attack.

No matter how you slice it, Fat Boo learns the definition of rekt.

He wasn't really effortlessly doing that. They both put in effort, and neither seemed to be going all-out, trying to kill the other.

Not to mention that the gauge on Babadis ship clearly shows that Fat Boo's full power is only 2.5x Teen Gohan. Which makes him hilariously weak, but stronger than any Ssj2 by a good margin.

Not really. The 2.5x argument doesn't work either, there is a post that basically shows why not.

Also how does 2.5x work if Gray-Boo, and Good-Boo (might be) are several-fold Super-Saiyan 2 on their own?

Even Fat Janemba must be> Goku SSJ3 (Boo). Whereas Goku felt his ki to defeat Fat Boo, we must also bear in mind that Goku told Vegeta that since returning to the other world continued to train for while Vegeta could not train and that was a big difference between his powers. We must also not forget that Super Janemba (FP) must be> = Gogeta Base (M12 / Boo), another reason to have Goku (M12) >> Goku (Boo). Basically I have:

  Gogeta SSJ (M12 / Boo) >>>>> Super Janemba (FP)> Gogeta Base (M12 / Boo) >> Super Janemba (Prime Power) >> Super Janemba (initial)> Goku SSJ3 (M12) >>> Fat Janemba> Goku SSJ3 (Boo).
