If Boo couldn't tank Goku but Goku could tank Boo, the difference in power is in Goku's favor -by a HUGE degree. Not to mention that the gauge on Babadis ship clearly shows that Fat Boo's full power is only 2.5x Teen Gohan. Which makes him hilariously weak, but stronger than any Ssj2 by a good margin.

That 2.5x Teen Gohan argument belongs in the dumpster, unless you think 60% of Boo is weaker than three times Pui-Pui. What could possibly be the point of making Boo's power a mystery if it's already been exactly revealed?

You're putting way too much stock in conclusions based on putting a protractor on a manga panel (obviously what Toriyama had in mind when he drew that). There's no correlation between that power meter and Boo's actual power; think of it as being a spark that starts the engine. Just like the random ki blasts that Kaioshin was afraid of using.

Boo appears to have within him Super Boo and Pure Boo's power as well, he just can't access it because he's being held back, and they're way above 2.5x Gohan. Where did that power come from?

The 2.5x Teen Gohan works perfectly. Nothing really contradicts it except fan speculation. As far as actual feats or statements go that contradict it, I've yet to see it.

Cool To be honest, they are both kind of idiots with very odd abilities, so I didn't consider the power gaps as much as I should have.
