Mr. Satan is stronger in M9?

I don't remember who said that Mr. Satan in M9 in a demonstration destroyed all 13 roofs with a single blow, while in the Cell Games one roof was left intact.

Mr. Satan (M9) is stronger than in canon?

So the same amount? Iirc right after that scene Satan's hand is shown being puffy and sore ash, while CG Satan only had a minor sore after breaking the tiles.
