My Cell Games & Buu Saga non fused Saiyans list if SSJ2 is a 2x boost

For you to know how I would drive the gaps if SSJ2 was a 2x multiplier on the Gohan vs Cell fight, I would give you my list:

Gohan vs Cell gaps assuming SSJ2 is a 2x multiplier

It's basically impossible for SSJ2 to be a 2x multiplier, but I managed to make numbers regarding Gohan vs Cell following this route. PC (vs Gohan): 98 FP PC: 120 Buffed: 150 SPC: 196 SSJ Gohan: 100 SSJ2 Gohan: 200 A justification that can be make about Cell (vs Gohan) against SSJ Gohan can...

I just don't know how to ubicate Goten and Trunks from what is shown in the story, they could also be weaker than Semi Perfect Cell and their fight with Android 18 has many variables and interpretations on it, although they're stronger than herself and Piccolo. But imo I can think the best way to view them is to put them anywhere in between Semi Perfect Cell and Initial Buu Saga SSJ Gohan as SSJs.

Piccolo was doubting the result of Base Goku vs Freeza on Namek due to how similar they were on power, so for Piccolo to doubt of the result of something the gap has to be as marginally as possible.

Also, I don't think there's an enraged boost for SSJ2 and every SSJ2 multiplier has to be the same. I don't even have an specific case for Goten and Trunks and how powerful they are, just that they are portrayed to be weaker than initial Buu Saga Gohan, but stronger than than Piccolo & A18.

I think Majin Vegeta vs CG Gohan is a bit bigger, like 1.1x or 1.15x, while Pre Rosat Vegeta vs Goku is 1.05x or so. Though I think Vegeta vs Goku could easily be 1.1x too.

Did Piccolo say that before or after Freeza stopped using his hands? Because if it was before, Kaio said they were evenly matched. So it truly could go either way.

Gohan's rage boost could go either way for me, but I think it makes more sense if he has one. His power always fluctuates according to his emotions, and in the Boo Saga Vegeta says there's no telling how strong an enraged Gohan should be.

I think the boys could be weaker than Piccolo, but they are definitely stronger than 18. At least Android 16 level. If you have a specific fusion multiplier I think you could work backwards from that to get Goten and Trunks' powers.

It happened before 50% Freeza vs Kaioken x10 Goku, but after Goku vs No Hands Freeza.

I just don't agree it exists a rage boost for SSJ2 as the rage is product of the transformation itself, but Vegeta's statement as well as Goku make it looks like much more believable.

Piccolo has faith that Goten and Trunks were their last hope after Vegeta died, and Gohan and Kaioshin were thought to be dead, also nobody knew what happened to Goku. This is before fusion was ever a thing.

I think Adult Gohan is as strong as 7 years ago in Base/SSJ; it's only his access to SSJ2 that has changed. Likewise, Pre Majin Vegeta is as strong as Majin Vegeta in Base/SSJ.

I think there should be bigger gaps between Gohan, Goku, and Vegeta in the Cell Games and the Boo Saga.
