My gaps between cg ssj goku, ssj gohan and perfect cell

Assuming Cell's true speed is actually the same cell who was 1-2 steps ahead of goku, which I am now considering this view to be the case, I think those gaps could be the case:

Lowballed list
Ssj goku = 100
Pc (true speed) = 120 - 125
Ssj gohan = 125

Highballed list
Ssj goku = 100
Pc (true speed) = 150
Ssj gohan = 150

What I think is the case
Ssj goku = 100
Pc (true speed) = 133
Ssj gohan = 133

Ssj gohan being superior than spc (suppressed perfect cell) is possible as his ki didn't even diminished by multiple impacts by cell, even though he was superior in speed.
