Who wins? Nail seems to be an experienced fighter as implied by Guru, the namekian can also regenerate and stretch his arms, giving him an advantage in the distant-range battle, while Recoome seems to be built for extreme durability and raw, absolute strength...but his brain is nowhere to be seen, which makes him a poor strategist. He is all brawn, no brains..

Given the extremely slight battle power advantage, Nail wins this after an extremely long battle. Reacoom seemingly is durable as fuck, seeing as none of Vegeta's ki attacks phased him in the slightest, but Nail should be able to take him down.

Nowhere near as durable as Nappa. He tanked a Kamehameha from someone 2x stronger than him.

He was stated to be 42,000. Where-as Captain-Ginyu thought someone with the power-level of 60,000 could easily own the Ginyu-Force.

40,000 sounds like a clean round number.

I often change my mind about the Ginyus' powers. Sometimes i have them at 40.000, whereas other times i think 35.000 is also
enough for Recoome to do what he did against a PL of slightly less than 30.000

The gap between Recoome and Goku seemed to me to be bigger than the gap between Vegeta and Recoome. Goku pretty much insta owned Recoome, while Vegeta at least stood up to a few hits from Recoome. As Hure said, 40,000 is a nice, round number.

Nail stomps. Reacoom is ~35k. Reread Vegeta vs Reacoom and tell me Reacoom doesn't look terrible. Just because Reacoom is resistant to pain doesn't mean his body is ok

Nothing about that would contradict Recoome being stronger than Nail. A 45-50K ginyu force would still lose easily to a 90k goku.
