Anime I would say Mob Psycho 100 for sure. Also Space Brothers could be one that meets your criteria too, but I can't recall a specific lesson.
Gintama too probably. It even has some wise episode titles.

Sometimes incorrect ones though, so you aren't learning anything true. Like "I can keep fighting after my arm is chopped off" or "coughing blood isn't that bad" or "training harder is always better" or some incorrect stuff about social relations.
