Naruto, for me at least, ended on Chapter 698. Everything following afterwards is shit. Naruto and Sasuke should have died, though; that's my pet peeve with 698. Don't even get me started on Kishimoto's failed attempt at making a film focused on romance. Who cared about any of that aside from the NaruHina shippers that gush over anything that so much as involves their ships standing next to each other? A final Team Seven film would have been much better than all that crap.
Naruto, over all, though, is a pretty "okay" manga that has its moments of both pure awesomeness and nonsensical garbage. Would I recommend it? Probably not, since there are better manga out there to be read. But who am I? Just some random on the interwebz. Go for it!
