The challenge that I will attempt for November 2025 will be to train, then walk for 60-90 minutes every day. I will be walking on a treadmill, and watching anime, movies, and catching up on Youtube podcasts. Any and all Zitch Zigga Zetatards are welcome to tag along.
I'll post my starting overall body weight on Friday, 10/31. We'll find out what impact the daily cardio will have for me. I don't know what to expect exactly.
