November 2025 Challenge

The challenge that I will attempt for November 2025 will be to train, then walk for 60-90 minutes every day. I will be walking on a treadmill, and watching anime, movies, and catching up on Youtube podcasts. Any and all Zitch Zigga Zetatards are welcome to tag along.

I'll post my starting overall body weight on Friday, 10/31. We'll find out what impact the daily cardio will have for me. I don't know what to expect exactly.

These are the parameters that I've determined to complete in the following order:

1) train 2-3 days in a row, and then rest 1 day
2) eat after training, or just eat if rest day
3) walk after eating everyday, or just walk if fasting

The minimum amount of food that I will eat is 2 lb of beef, or 18 duck eggs, or 27 chicken eggs. I haven't been able to obtain eggs recently, so I purchased 12 lb of beef yesterday to last me the week.

Two days down, and let me tell you, it's not exactly enjoyable... If this is what it will truly take to reach 15% body fat, then I many not be willing to do it indefinitely. I'll ponder at the end of the challenge.

So, I'm not really dropping weight... I'll share a picture of the weight progress on Saturday or Sunday. I'm writing the weights on my calendar.

How the fuck is this possible? I'm drenched beyond drenched after every session. I'm not eating much more than I typically do. I'll have to stop downing a jar of sauerkraut daily, and perhaps even endure a prolonged fast. I bought 18 lb of beef yesterday, so it must be consumed. I'll consider a fast next week.

I think that's within the normal range for day to day weight loss/gain.

Walking is not the answer. If I'm going to piss away an hour of walking, it better be rucking with a heavy load. I'll cycle back into rucking in the Spring.

Prolonged fasting is the answer. After I finish eating my current allotment of food, I'll endure a 5-7 day water fast, while continuing training. I'll update when I finish decimating the remainder of the beef, and begin my fast.
