Pamput is probably as physically strength as 21st Budokai Goku but he seems way slower.

I put him on 21st Goku level, mostly because of the wall breaking feat being a big deal back then. (Even though Goku crushed a boulder with his bare hands before any training.)

and BoS Goku survived getting punched through like 4 rock pillars by Yamcha
