Piccolo Going Into The ROSAT

I believe that this was retconned in the Boo Saga. There's no other way for the Base Saiyans to be so much stronger than him if not for this.

With a full 1.5x boost, I have plenty of spacing for Piccolo and the Base Saiyans and everything. These are things you have to plan ahead, before you do anything in the Cell Saga, you need to have your Base Saiyan/Piccolo spacing prepped first. Many times to do power levels right, you must work backwards.

As you can see, I've thought so far ahead I've even incorporated RoF into the mix. @Yoshi Until you have this chain figured out, you cannot even bother to mess around with the Cell Saga at all. Because it's all tied together. The Buu Saga must be set up by the CG, which is directly tied into the Grade form powers.

Yep they are. Just giving Piccolo’s blast vs Cell the proper 3x amp gives plenty of room.

Granted, this is part of the experimental list I posted. I wouldn’t call this my definitive list, but it’s the only one I got right now.

Always assume full power. This is taken directly from the list I made a while ago, so it does work.

Blast amps are inconsistent. If Goku's KHH was always a 2.25x multiplier then he would have oneshotted everyone remotely relative to him in every fight.

What level do you give Shin and Glorio?

Shin is equal with Androids Saga SSJ Goku from what I’ve seen. That’s a perfect placement for him. Glorio Id have to think about more.

But it's also possible he just thought of the base Saiyans as THAT strong... Which makes sense as he wasn't being kept chained by numerical logic in regards to a specific base — SSJ ratio.

Explain Teen Gohan being weaker than he was at the CG and still way above Piccolo in Base. It has to start somewhere.

In regards to what? Those are rookie mistakes, you still struggle with, but that’s not for me brother. Those 1st and 2nd level issues are always cleared by me, I be on it.

You’re arguing for Yakon being several times stronger than Pui Pui, but you don’t even have that yourself. I don’t think that’s a rookie mistake. It takes a lot to get such a complicated chain.
