I've settled on Piccolo being about 40-45% of SSJ Goku at the Cell Games, which is still marginally stronger than the level of power Cell used to toy with Vegeta, so Piccolo wouldn't have too much trouble here...though Cell can be sneaky.

I have a hard time imagining Piccolo being less than 80% of Cell Junior. For him to still be standing, this long after the beginning of the fight, it's a hard cell KP. You might think it's a feat, let me tell you something, it's a feat.

How long do you think KKx3 Goku vs Vegeta would have lasted if Goku kept on it? Not very long. And this is ultra durable Vegeta.

Cell Junior fight possibly mimicking something like Reecome vs Vegeta is quite possible. The end of the fight showcasing Piccolo looking sort of how Vegeta looked prior to Reecome about to finish Vegeta off. Vegeta was more worse for wear than Vegeta was though.

I don't take the fight for anything technical is all. Vegeta and Trunks are top tier, the humans are garbage tier, and Piccolo is somewhere in between. Broad strokes with this one.

Piccolo should be a distant rival to the Cell Jr. He is shown still standing with the Super Saiyan's even when Cell told his children to go for the kill.

Yeah, and the humans weren't instantly dusted at that point, nor was Goku.

Vegeta was still standing after his thrashing from KKx3 Goku. Also was still standing after his beatdown by Reecome.

That was when the Jr's were toying around them. When Cell told them to kill them all they were instantly on the ground, Piccolo wasn't. AT is clearly trying to imply that Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo are all in league with one another.

Or they're all in a different league from the pure trash.

And the humans (and Goku) were still alive before Gohan killed the Juniors, so I wasn't incorrect on that, mayn.

Whether the humans survived the attack or not is irrelevant. What matters is that Piccolo is strong enough to not get done in.
