Match 1: Everyone is BoZ.

Match 2: They are all from the Arc Saiyajin.

The team gets decimated in match 1. Tenshinhan is a mere 61% of Piccolo's power, and he's by far the strongest on the team.

Match 2 would be much closer but I still think the team is too weak. Yamcha is fodder to Piccolo, and he is unfathomably stronger than Kami, Popo and Chaozu. Unless Krillin and Tenshinhan can coordinate their strongest attacks at the same time, they would eventually get defeated.

Could Chazou paralyse Piccolo at all?

I think the team probably takes the second one. The main fighters would be Tenshinhan, Krillin, Yamcha, Yajirobe and maybe Chazou. Yamcha easily took care of the 1200 saibaman, so I think he's not as weak as people make out. Krillin has kienzan which could obviously kill Piccolo and Tenshinhan has Tribeam, which might do some decent damage (not sure how much energy Tien had left vs Nappa.Piccolo was shocked that Nappa tanked the Tribeam though). Yajirobe cut Vegeta, when Vegeta was still strong enough to dominate Gohan and Krillin, so if he actually fights he would be a threat.

The team gets stomped in match 1 when nobody but maybe Kuririn are suggested to be any different from their 23rd TB selves at which their combined power couldn't even contend with a fatigued Piccolo. In match 2, however, I could see the team taking it due to their teamwork and not being suggested to be as far from Piccolo's level, particularly if the Kikoho isn't banned.

Doubtful in Scenario 1 considering he could do nothing but get oneshotted by Tao Pai Pai, someone far weaker than 23rd TB Piccolo's initial self. In the Saiyan Arc, it's possible, though unlikely if looking at the paralysis' effectiveness from a numerical standpoint where those with far lower gaps in battle power were people Chaozu was undeniably helpless against.
