Kibito is weaker than Freeza imo so Piccolo 1shots

Kibito gets fried here. Piccolo could be approaching 50% Goku level by the Boo arc. Kibito is far weaker than the Base Saiyans.

Kibito didn't seem to care for what Piccolo could do, but then again he held a default position that non-Gods are beneath his kind altogether, until Gohan threw a spanner in the works. Would give it to Piccolo since Kibito wasn't rock solid in terms of scaling. His ability to heal and teleport was his highlight.
