It’s been a while since we last discussed this. Piccolo takes it right? Both stomped the androids, but Piccolo handled a stronger android with less effort, although the virus was affecting Goku’s stamina…

Piccolo also says Sick Goku is “weak”, but that might have been in comparison to his full power.

Piccolo stomps, Sick Goku is nothing special and it's getting weaker and weaker. Even though, I don't think Piccolo has gained all that confidence until Gero's fight as he was pretending to be defeated by Gero before of that, as well as he didn't decided to confront him after discovering he wasn't as strong as expected.

Piccolo smacked Android 20 (Post) whereas Sick Goku was unable to put Android 19 (Pre) down. Piccolo should take this and Goku's power will be rapidly dropping which will make it easier for Piccolo in the long run.

Piccolo takes it with mid difficulties but Goku would get even worse so Piccolo would end up stomping easily
