It is interesting how Krillin (M13) is very strong but his great power goes unnoticed.
Krillin (M13) should have the same power as the filler in Otherworld, I mean he should be more powerful than Pikkon (Arc Boo).
The question is, why does his great power go unnoticed in M13?
The answer is that Krillin only appears at the beginning of the movie, at a time when there was no fighting. Even if he had joined the fight against Hirudegarn, it would have been irrelevant, since as much as Goku, Gotenks, Vegeta and Gohan were even more astronomically powerful.
Going back to the vs, they are both at the Big Star level and close to the Solar System level.

His speed is uncertain. Like he can fly from the moon to the Earth at about 1/2 the speed of light, but his only listed combat-speed feat is catching bullets while injured. Catching bullets isn't impressive speed (Raditz), but he was injured.
