Pre Ginger Cell vs SSJ Vegeta

I would guess Cell but it should be tihght. Cell was a bit above Vegeta but enough where he was worried about Vegeta. We have no clue how strong pre-gingertown Cell was but i'd guess to be fair a bit above Vegeta. It would be a great fight though.
