Maybe Lucci will get stronger after the timeskip, like Crocodile did training in Impel Down.

I think CP9 will be allies with the Straw Hats when they appear again. They will probably give them dark secrets about the World Government.

I seriously doubt they will be CP0 tier or even face them, however.
