The fuck? Father’s stomach expands, and all of a sudden he has a resurgence of energy? He rushes Greed and stabs him, trying to absorb his stone. He couldn’t even stand up. What gives?

Greed was destroying Father from within, and he just reaches down his throat, pulls out Greed’s soul and bites him in half. That’s the end of him lol. Father is insane.

Father just lost all of the souls from Greed’s stone. I can’t believe how many souls were in that. What will he do now???

Father just got taken by the Truth I presume? Weird.

Another phenomenal episode. Nothing but good things to say about the ending of this anime. Father was impossibly strong, but they found logical and intuitive ways to counter his power. Its refreshing.

Scar is joining Major Miles in an attempt to spread the Ishvalan religion once more. For some reason I thought he died.

Al is heading east and Ed is travelling west. Does this imply that Ed will likely learn a different form of alchemy at some point? Pretty good end to the series.

Ed can't use Alchemy anymore, so at best he'd be able to compile notes with which to help Al or all Alchemists develop their craft further.

Couldn't he learn Alkehestry tho? I'm wondering if there are different forms used in different countries that he could potentially use. The different forms all draw energy from different sources, so I don't see why he couldn't learn a different type.

It seems like he can't given he'd have probably at least attempted to have used it in the instance we saw him failing at alchemy. If he thought alkehestry was the alternative, he'd have probably visited Xin a lot earlier.
