Raditz arrives on Earth just after TB23?

After Goku heals Piccolo after his fight, Piccolo prepares to leave, until Raditz arrives and meets all the Z Warriors.

Gohan wouldn't be around to save Goku and Piccolo (who would be weaker than their BoZ counterparts) so Raditz murders them all.

Raditz falls for Chi-Chi or Bulma (Bulma didn't look nearly as good at the beginning of DragonBall Z) and decides to leave in peace.
