Rereading Vegapunk's message makes it clear that the world of the past has sunk 200m underwater. It was the ancient weapons that were responsible for this, and Joyboy wanted to preserve them for the future, meaning he wanted sea levels to continue to rise. We still don't know why he would want this, but it wouldn't make sense if Raftel was anywhere near sea level. Does this imply that it has to be somewhere very high up? The Red Line or a sky island are possibilities. Whitebeard also mentions "God's land" being on the Red Line in the distant past.

Even though I don’t think this is gonna be the case anymore, it being on the Moon was a pretty popular theory.

Isn't Fishman Island in a trench 10,000m below sea level? How do the fishmen not know about all the sunken world, if they're swimming down there? Did it get covered with soil (or whatever it's called underwater)? I guess some parts are the true ocean and others are the submerged lands. So that elephant Zou is walking on the submerged lands, I guess.

Why does every island in the GL have its own strong magnetic field? Is that to do with the rising sea levels?/

Maybe Uranus is the moon. Enel has Uranus and he'll use it to change the tides. uRANUS was used to create the calm belt and Enel will reverse it and allow All Blue to happen. The moon being moved changed the tilt of the Earth, causing the ice caps to melt and the sea levels to massively rise (200m is an insane amount).

What about Crocus and Inuarashi calling it the final island? I guess Oda could have made it sound vague intentionally.

Yeah I don't know, because in 1115 we see part of the old world underwater and it's fully intact. There's really no reason for them not to know about it unless they don't venture away from Fishman Island.

The magnetic field thing is strange. We know that Wano is a country that was put together artificially by Oars, so maybe the entire One Piece world as it is today is artificially made. No idea why that would influence magnetic fields though.

It seemed to be implied that the government has Uranus and used it to destroy Lulusia kingdom.

I feel it has to either under the sea or high up in elevation. It can’t just be an island that anybody can stumble upon just through sailing.

Maybe the old world was futuristic and Uranus is a leftover satellite with weaponry attached to it.

The celestial who wear spacesuits are the descendents of Neil Armstrong, they used their great grandad's uniform as casual clothes.

So apparently the futuristic thing was basically confirmed already.
