You can also equip items in Buu's Fury which makes leveling even easier.

I remember when I first played LOG2, I hadn't yet finished the Cell arc, so I didn't know I'd need to use Gohan. I had all the other fighters maxed out except for him. He was like level 12/50. 2

Lol. I think I had a similar experience where I forgot to level up Gohan past his level at like the first halfway point in the game and so he was like level 28 against Seru while the others were all over 35-40

Would be easily remedied if they had a minimum level requirement for all characters at the Cell Games. :elmo

There was a time when I forgot power up the characters then it took me a long time to beat Pure Boo though. It wasn't until I watched some YouTube gameplays that I learned how to get the job done.
