I think separating OP into each individual "arc" makes it a bit messy when everything past the introduction of Chopper is essentially part of one big Baroque Works storyline prior to Jaya/Skypiea, and since you like writing out your feelings on manga maybe you should quote your old ratings and explain why your current ratings are different (I have also changed my ratings over the years since the first page of this thread)

I'll only quote Story Arcs that I have changed my opinion on.

The Red Ribbon Army Arc actually isn't bad at all until General Blue comes into the picture, so I raised it a bit because of that.

The Cell Arc is lowered because it had no sense of direction before Cell appeared, and there had to be timeline plot holes for that to happen. The Cell Saga may be overrated, but at least it's not bad like the Boo Saga.

The Arrancar and Hueco Mundo Arcs might actually be the biggest changes on this list though. The biggest complaint I have for them is that they're repeats of the Story Arcs that came before them, and while they're noticeably weaker versions in every way at that, I don't think there's as much inherently wrong with them as people say. The Bleach Manga takes a big nosedive during Fake Karakura Town though and I think people nitpick everything before it because of that. The shit with Aizen during that Arc and the stupidity of Ichigo VS Ulquiorra was too ridiculous to take. It also doesn't help that Fullbring and Quincy are even worse than that too.

The Golden Age has been lowered in comparison to Conviction and especially Millennium Falcon because Guts and Griffith are much better characters in the Conviction and Millennium Falcon Arcs, and if you read the Millennium Falcon Arc as Griffith's Story Arc, then it's a lot more enjoyable than if you look at it from Guts' perspective.

That's all the major changes to my ratings, anyway.

Griffith is only present in the warring portions in the Millennium Falcon arc though. Most of the story there is about Guts finding the troll village and getting the armor and someone to get him on the ship to Elfhelm, it's hard to ignore how boring it all is once the loli witch and her spells make the fights all a matter of her one shotting people with elemental spells, and Guts' fighting becomes more and more shonen like with him getting a "controlled berserk" form and putting fire and shit on his sword lol.

Also the entire Arrancar/Aizen plotline is basically one big battle against Aizen's forces even if it's divided into arcs and it's as long as the entirety of series like Rurouni Kenshin and FMA, that's part of why people hate on the trifecta arc so much, esp when it has no substance with all the fights being just wastes of time building up to transforming/releasing into a renewed state only to keep turning the tables and then win with a big flashy move while talking shit, plus Kubo has no sense of pacing at all and puts hardly any dialogue into his panels which even got the series canceled after Fullbring (anime-wise before they made that sequel)
