We haven't seen Sabo fight since Dressrosa. He could surely beat Doflamingo even back then though. Hard to say about King.

lol you are overrating Doffy. Luffy defeated him in the arc before he was getting his shit beaten out of him by a Yonko No. 2 (Katakuri).

Sabo is the No. 2 of Dragon. King is the No. 2 of Kaido.

Do you think Zoro and Sanji (individually) could already beat Doffy at Dressrosa, if they had to? Or only after getting the Raid Suit and in Zoro's case unlocking ACoC?

Nah definitely not. I mean the skirmish between Sanji and Doffy was enough to get an idea.

Sanji barely fought with the Raid suit, it’s impossible to scale that. Zoro could definitely win after training with Enma, where he was able to damage even Kaido with only Armament Haki.
