Goku didn't actually sense Vegetto's Ki as a SS3. It could still work, but it'd be an unnecessary bloat. It would only really work without flaw if Goku had stated that he never imagined someone could be so strong, but that clearly wasn't his wording.

Considering he used the word 'felt', it is referring to SSJ at the most. Had he said something like, "Not even Vegetto can beat him now" it would be different.

It could works. After all, Goku [and Bebi] should know how strong Vegetto should be in SSJ3. Either way is fine with me. I usually go with SSJ on most days.

Honestly...I dunno. It could work with Goku saying this particular form of Baby has greater power than he's ever felt but...I'm not sure to be honest.

It could work, but it doesn't need to since Goku's statement is only relevant to actual experiences; Goku never experienced SSJ3 Vegito.

He's much stronger than SSJ3 Manga Vegetto, even without that statement and even if you nerf SSJ to x3 or so.

If you nerf the multipliers, he can't even stand up to SSJ Anime Vegetto, but if you don't, he's so much stronger than SSJ3 Vegetto it's not even funny.
