Initial Semi Cell tanked #16's punch like nothing who is about equal to Imperfect Cell. I think Imperfect Cell wins, and it depends how much power Semi Cell was hiding at that time and i think Semi Cell did a massive power up against Vegeta.

Semi Perfect Cell with medium difficulty at worst.

 

[SSJ3 Gothic]

Slight edge to Semi Perfect Cell, but it won't be a walk in the park.

 

[Diamond Ryan]

2nd Form Cell barely wins, as I have a 3x gap between his 1st form and 2nd form.

Same as ryan. I have Semi Cell 3x stronger than himself pre 17 absorption so Semi wins after a tough fight.
