Seventeen had worded his wish this way?

[withheldforprivacy]

'Bring back everything that has ever been erased by the two Zenos except Zamasu'.

Would the two Zenos have got mad and destroyed everything? Would such a wish even be possible?

[Captain Cadaver]

Probably not, given they could easily just destroy the 4 extra universes and whatever they felt like again and anime-wise, they knew the wish would be something along those lines. If Super Shenron's capabilities are what they're hyped up to be, the extra universes being destroyed for a long time shouldn't matter.
